200 Years of Hospitality
For more than 200 years, hospitality has been at the heart of Hotel Adler. Originally a village inn in the early days of the settlement, the Adler welcomed both local residents and travellers along the Via Valtellina – a historic Alpine trade route that is now largely forgotten.
Original Parlours & Antique Furniture
Our original parlours and antique furnishings, some dating back to 1790, are lasting reminders of this rich history. A true highlight is the renowned Montafon Stube, one of the region's cultural treasures. At its beautifully handcrafted Montafon tables, where guests were already dining in the 18th century, we now serve refined cuisine from our award-winning à la carte restaurant.
Even recent renovations uncovered remarkable pieces of the past. During extensive restoration work, we set out to rediscover the ornate wooden wall and ceiling panelling that had once adorned a historic hall in the house. After a long search, these valuable elements were found in Switzerland and lovingly returned to their original home. Today, the restored wood once again graces our Kessler Lounge, just as it did over a century ago. It now provides an elegant setting for family celebrations, weddings and special occasions.
